Hey I’m Jess!
As a former collegiate runner, I can understand and appreciate how challenging it is to stay on top of nutrition with such a busy training schedule. This is why I created a meal planning course specifically for athletes, to help you feel less overwhelmed with an already busy schedule.
I am a sports dietitian with a Masters of Science in Food and Nutrition. I have taught food and nutrition related courses at the University level and have also completed the IOC Diploma Program in Sport Nutrition.
What Will Be Covered?
This is a self-paced course with access to a group chat to connect and ask questions. Additionally, this course is intended to be completed in 2 months, however you will have access to the course material for 6 months.

How long do I have access to the content?
You will have access to the content for 6 months
Will I learn about timing of what to eat to support athletic performance?
Specifics regarding nutrient timing won’t be discussed, however a general overview of how to optimize day-to-day fuelling will be provided using the Athlete’s Plate® as a guide.
